The law requires you to accept their late payment, so eviction is out of the picture.

I used to have 2/2s, and they have more turnover, limit the type of clientele that wants to rent them, and are harder to sell if you want to get rid of them.

All depends on a lot of things.No experience with or have ever heard of that lender, but I will look into them as well. 

Some companies will be good with owners but not good with the tenants and at the end of the day if they don't take care of the tenants, you'll have more turnover and more costs.

Deals have fallen apart on it because of that.
