They should have a public records section that'll tell you all the landlords that have filed for evictions within the selected dates.

Sometimes you can search the online county records for this information.In addition, I believe it is required by all states that the individual counties must publish (in a public publication) the list of all properties that will be auctioned off on the courthouse steps (this would include all foreclosures).

I did some things right with that first rental (scheduling an open house instead of individual appointments, for example, and screening applicants) but there's definitely room for improvement.

Does it mean you letting others know you are in contract with seller or does it mean the property already been to the closing and you registering in public records

I really like that particular market so I listen.offers house at certain price... then opens escrow... only to find out that their deal is all mucked up.they had recorded a POA that gave them the right to purchase the home for 100k... he was trying to flip to me for 195k.

I found a motivated seller from probate records and got the property under contract and then sold the contract to a cash buyer whom I found through craigslist.com.
