It sounds like you have three loans and then you have land which is very difficult to get a hard money loan on raw land.

My rent has been paid it said my lights will be paid on the 15 of this month but it still says batched so how can I recertify when it says batched for almost three weeks and it doesn't give me a form to download or fill out do I have to wait till the batched goes away or what because come the first I'm gonna be behind again
