I would switch suppliers, every market has several, dont do it, but tell them (once the new supplier sets their tank) they can pick their tank up, its in the middle of the street!

Any exterior drain tiles that may have been buried around the foundation are likly clogged, and if you add in the factor of poor drainage due to settling of the original grade and/or man-made causes, you probably get more groundwater directed to the foundation as well.

You should always have the attitude that your investors money and them being paid back is THE priority, and getting subs/materials suppliers paid, etc. comes far ahead of management fees!

FNMA REO 4plex.Previously owner completely vandalized all four units, removed all wirings, copper pipes, broken off cast iron drains, all windows, mirrors, tiled surfaces destroyed.Interesting that the original owner actually owned two buildings, both 4plexes, next to each other, let's call them building A and building B.Building A was listed with one realtor, at a reasonable price.
