I grew up working construction/ farming (no i'm not misspelling framing, I mean farming) with my family, it built a solid foundation for working with my hands, so I can offer most all face-lift type work, drywall, maintenance work, roofing, landscaping, painting, etc, along with operating almost all heavy equipment, from loaders to SkyTracks, to basic things like chainsaws, and different hand/power tools.

I can't stand NREIG and that's who I'm with, but I am insuring vacant properties.I have a conference call with Arcana this morning - they have been offering policies for landlords, renters and builders risk for years and they have just partnered with National REIA - that means better rates and buying power for the members of National REIA.

The other danger here is that you could control the power to one outlet for the A/C however, A/C’s are 120 volts now, what is to prevent tenant from running an extension cord from another outlet?

The others will vary in earning power and some may not be employed at all.

Yet my perspective is that although real estate valuations are increasing, it is at least partially contributed to by the same loss in purchasing power effecting consumers and investors in the grocery aisle.

@Lulli DebrosseThis is just my opinion, so take it with a grain of salt, since I don't have the full scope of the data sets you'll be looking into, but I'm also employing automation/AI/Machine learning to locate fire damaged properties, nationwide, so I'm speaking from the point of having looked at crunching data on a large scale. 

@Chris Pasternak If you can get it to work down there, more power to you.
