@Bob Malecki  is the mini maranda   " we are debt collectors and we are attempting to collect a debt"when I looked at some bigger tapes.. the sellers would only sell to those that were licensed servicers.. although of course not my core business I just kind of left it at that.on the private side of course we do all our own.. and just use a collection service for tax reporting for the borrower and note holder... as we don't have defaults.. or let me say they are rare.

They were and still are common here and I've never heard of one going boom or presenting any more of a hazard than any other furnace.

I would also caution you on Eastern Montana, Some of the towns are doing well because of the Oil boom and alot of the smaller towns had no effect whatsoever.
