@Bob Malecki is the mini maranda " we are debt collectors and we are attempting to collect a debt"when I looked at some bigger tapes.. the sellers would only sell to those that were licensed servicers.. although of course not my core business I just kind of left it at that.on the private side of course we do all our own.. and just use a collection service for tax reporting for the borrower and note holder... as we don't have defaults.. or let me say they are rare.
