I've always known that I wanted to purchase rental property,  and now that I have the capital to do so, I'm ready to start looking for a great deal, but I have alot of questions, and need some guidance.My wife and I are debt free, with no mortgage or car payments, and perfect credit scores. 

However, pay it before the interest date.A late mortgage payment appears the same as a late car payment or CC payment.

Unfortunately while I was there, My supervisor's car was stolen in broad daylight, a naked lady on drugs ran through the property and jumped into the pool to cool off and  homeless people often used the entryway potted plants to relieve themselves.As you may have guessed, I decided against buying the house a few blocks away.This multi unit property was toted as a luxury building.

Wife has been unable to work for the past several months because of a nasty car accident.  

Secondly, do you use the CAR residential lease? 

I rented top unit and 5 car garage and then moved out and fixed up the first floor for rental.

Is the extra thousands and thousands of dollars of income worth getting into the car and meeting qualified people face to face?

One thing that I have been kicking around is attempting to get rid of my high car payment.

I am starting out in RE investing and I have realized that I have more time in my car listening to audio books versus finding the time to sit down and read.

I have very little expenses as a college kid (Gas and Car Insurance only).
