In fact I don’t think I know of a fund that cheap and it may raise other questions for some investors (depending on the situation.. which I have not looked into deeply and I’m just going off of the description on this thread).Most investors like to see sponsors charge a fair price for the work they’re doing, because it enables them to keep the lights on (especially if there is a downturn).

I prefer Grocery IQ over Amazon because I can add descriptions to each item such as "Unit A Bathroom Ceiling CFL 18w Sylvania 20683 CF DELUX D/E."

But from the description it sounds like we're  talking mostly interior work and if the framing is mostly there then we're just talking:Rough ins, insulate, sheetrock, and then shell finish out - millwork, cabs and tops, flooring, fixtures, paint.Saying it will take 200-300k to finish out a 300k house seems a bit overly conservative to me.

I just like ensuring my costs are covered.From a marketing prospective, I have noticed it is best not to build utilities into rent and have utility details mentioned in the description. 

Hi @Jeahni Bobbitt,Cape Coral is huge geographically, so naturally you're going to expect some very large fluctuations in values depending on area.

From most descriptions the sound dampening insulation provides negligible improvements over fiberglass.
