Thats important in Maine.5. installing oil or propane in your non owner occupied bld requires licensed installer in most places.6. both owned a house that used oil as its primary heat with wood backup. 

I have a property that has a well: they're great for home owners but are a PITA for landlords. 

I found a fourplex that I want to owner occupy.

My wife and I are looking for our next investment property and I just recently got a call from a mailing I sent out to local absentee owners.

I drove by the property tonight and noticed a brand new vending machine installed on the sidewalk by the front door of one of the tenants.I know the property owner/manager didn’t approve of it, so it must be someone that works for the tenant that had it installed.The office building is a 225 foot long single story building with 3 tenants.

So here's the story:The owner was a contractor who built 3 duplexes on his father in laws property around 1993, his father in law passed away and left them to his daughter/ current property owners wife.

Obviously the IRS could still redeem within the 120 days, but does having a new owner than the original purchaser at auction present any issues?  

I am 26 years old, and a small business owner in the greater PNW area.
