Cory hasn't posted again, yet maybe, but teaching a subject isn't based on marketing hype and it's a two way street, the teacher has an obligation to introduce the material and resolve questions to a point, the student has an obligation to study, absorb the material and implement what they learn. 

Sure I have found people to lend me the money to HELP with the purchase/rehab for implementing the BRRRR method.

While we preferred the user experience offered by Appfolio, we selected Rent Manager because we anticipate fewer manual workarounds due to the functionality available to support activity that’s uniquely prevalent in the MHP business.Keep in mind that the one-time implementation fee can be waived if you are comfortable setting up software tools and don’t have a huge portfolio to import into the tool.

That take some pressure off while you work on implementing your new approach I mentioned above.

I believe it should be the other way around with the best practices for managing virtual assistants implemented to streamline project management and communications.

To my knowledge, most of us have some variation of an onboarding or implementation package to help make the process as painless as we possibly can.
