Of course, price and taxes affect this but I would compare that vs a 2-bed, 3-bed, and 4-bed. 

@Paul RileyI would recommend comparing custodial fee schedules and reviews regarding processing times and customer service for various companies.

Then we're trying to compare our situations to those addressed by the courts and guess which case is most similar to ours.
