What conferences, seminars, or trainings do you suggest going to?

I am currently in Anchorage AK but I am sure that many will agree with me that finding a good brokerage and team to help train you as you begin is one of the most important things.

The second of the train stations is under a $71 million renovation, set to be completed in 2022.

@Victoria Daley there are many investors that will help train you for a fee.

Fort Leonard Wood is a training base; people come in for 4-6 months and go on to another base in a continuous cycle.

It'll help train your mind how to think, and that's an invaluable fundamental life-long skill.And, instead of wasting your spare time outside fo that on the foolish pursuits common amongst immature people and minds, study for and take the RE license test. 

Happy to have the first property in our name, but looking to expand and keep this train rolling.
