I just am hearing from almost everyone(agents, sellers, recent buyers) nothing but regrets and stalling. 

The turnover is a legitimate concern and one that could stall things a bit. 

The people who are successful, probably are already in the business or have some background and really do not generate any more knowledge from the training.
