Pay a lawyer to unify the family's now-divided interest and sell it as one unit?

My multi families are under 1 bill per building.

Do you have experience in single family, multi family, both?

A "closeish" family friend just got her license and I'm talking to her now about it.

Then move to single and/or multi-family units. 

Other alternatives for seed capital would be private financing from a friend or family member or partner up with someone who has the funds.
