I believe for most of our targeted buyers, the increase in interest rates would not make that big of difference; however, if it did, we could always fall back on the option to change them to high end rentals or corporate housing.

The building was built in mid-2000's and appears it may have a very difficult marketability as it falls between 30-60 units and generally speaking individual investors/developers aren't able to capture these tax credits (from what I understand), thus they would need to partner with a corporation who does need these.

I did hear from Corporate headquarters that I was lucky to be in a position where I could learn from such brilliant top management I finally said to the president of the corporation it was strange how their brilliance didn't show up til I did, which got me a very long silence but nothing else.
