Realestate here in LA is pricey and not too sure how much cash flow it would produce.

Im currently learning about the ways of RE investing, I've always had a niche for RE, but I am now taking action and working towards my dreams of becoming a rental property investor.

At some point, you need to take action, if this is something you want to do. 

And, for those living in "fast-action" states like Georgia and Texas, they'll lose their homes within 30-45 days.I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt it.

And if you want to be a top producer like Chris and I then you are surely putting in a lot of time.There are lots of rules, regulations, guidelines to keep a track off.

-Over the last year I have intensified my studying and reading in an attempt to flush out my initial strategy more fully with the plan to take the first actionable steps towards this upon getting out here.

Hi BiggerPockets community:During this unprecedented time, I want to study and take action in real estate investing, and I wonder how I should go about it?

Eventually, you run out of cash to invest and have to wait for those investments produce positive returns.

I am now thinking of exit strategies to secure my investments I would really like to keep all 5 units which is my plan and I know I can retain them but I want the best plan of action.
