Also, i don't want to take out more than $200,000 on my primary residence, as a peace of mind thing, whereas my investment property i will go as high as 70% = $245,000.My long term goal is to use that profit gained from rehab works coupled with a HELOC/HEL on 2nd property (~$245,000) to obtain a third multi-family using BRRRR strategy (Just AirBnB instead of Long Term Rent) property to tap into AirBnB market which is just starting to develop, and by my personal local experience it will be a long time till legislation comes into place (things move slower in the Pacific Islands).Appreciate any assistance with my query.

I learned early on that, as a re investor he considers himself 'the best of the best in the nation' as he would say or text this on a near daily basis, reminding me of how fortunate I was that he chose me to start a company with.To give a more clear picture, this is an excerpt from Brian's response to my request for refund: "Yes it has not been 12 months on your contract yet, and you are well over 100 hours of my time (maximum on the contract) for me to assist your REI business.

The second example is the same essentially, but by the individual being licensed, even if not acting as a fiduciary, appears to be a net listing, which is illegal in most states.If you want to wholesale, dont get licensed.
