This isn't Nike and Michael Jordan and paying the NBA per game fine for having too much color on your shoes... this is pretty serious stuff.Unfortunate, for sure.

Everyone is colored by their past experiences.

I use two very distinct colors of towels, but now have three colors. 

To properly fix a piece of laminate you have to remove all the pieces up to that piece to get to it and then have a matching piece or you could try to color it with nail polish and/or fill with caulk.

My perspective is colored by my memory of a couple hundred sleepless nights from 2008-10. 

At the end of the work remaining tile can possibly be returned but I often encourage my customers to keep a box or two for repairs down the road due to changes in stock from vendors making it hard occasionally to secure the same tile color and style.It truly comes down to good communication between the contractor and customer.

thanks for replying couple of question 1) do I have to provide all the receipts of painting guy cleainging  co. and home depot or just itemized them in the bill .in MD every one charges a deductibe .  2) the tenant messed up the paint in all the rooms then he tried to patched it then he tried to paint but realized that its a lengthy job since every room has different colors I took pic of all the rooms with patches now how to charge him since im planning to paint the entire house and cost me 900 dollars .thanks

I've noticed a few people recommended the SW Realist Beige color, which I want to try.
