Hi BP, just a random question for future investment ideas and options.say i purchase a duplex in a neighborhood for 120K together. the neighborhood is mixed with single family homes and duplexes. would it be better to combine the 2 units into 1? 

A couple key things to know when you are evaluating the purchase of storage units: What is the size mix of units (10x10, 10x20, 5x10) etc. 

Don't understand why they mixed cabinet colors and materials in different rooms and the MB carpeting looks cheap.Other than that, it looks like a decent house.

Hi everyone - I am in the process of looking at a mixed use property (one commercial storefront and 8 residential units) on one lot and was wondering what the major pitfalls were in taking on a project like this.  

I would like to tear down the bldg and build a mix use unit 1-2 lofts at the top and office space at the bottom.

I prefer a mix of the two, holding some back for rainy days, and moving others forward to grow the portfolio.

Are most of your rental units SFH or do you have a diverse mix?

Often I mix emotions with business.

And I correspondent lend, just to throw a 3rd term into the mix.
