You do need to figure out the water they're sitting in, as the bottoms are going to rot off of them over time. 

I have hosted thousands of guests since 2019 and never needed to charge a guest for anything that i thought was unreasonable wear and tear except one time when a guest broke a pool table.

My first property is a turnkey property in the Scranton area and is all rented out now.

There is an ocean of difference between the two, but way to commonly, and wrongly, people assume any of the first are also the second.
