A year after retiring I obtained my real estate license to practice in Pennsylvania.

HI,  I am taking my PA real estate exam on April 20th.  

I have a degree in plastics engineering, a strong knowledge of carpentry and home improvements and an entrepreneurial spirit that has been growing since I started my own lawn service at age 12.Currently, I am taking the courses necessary to sit for the PA Real Estate license exam.  

I am not sure about PA but I do know that some states require and LLC to be represented by an attorney in any court situation.I use LLCs because I believe that it is important to keep your business separate from your personal life and your businesses separate from each other.

Looking for knowledgeable contractor for the area. New to this market and I want to ensure that I'm getting trustworthy and factual information/quotes. Any recommendations.?

I live in Delaware County, PA, commonly known as Delco, which is a suburb of Philadelphia.

PA is not a bad place to start, I'm sure others will argue :) I'm originally from NYC. 

I'm currently living in SouthEast PA, an area flush with lots of colleges and universities.

This will save you ton of money, time and efforts if you are planning to add more properties in future.Not sure about Pennsylvania but it is allowed in most of the states so you want to check it out first.A series LLC is a unique form of LLC in which the articles of formation specifically allow for unlimited segregation of membership interests, assets, and operations into independent series.
