I have a degree in plastics engineering, a strong knowledge of carpentry and home improvements and an entrepreneurial spirit that has been growing since I started my own lawn service at age 12.Currently, I am taking the courses necessary to sit for the PA Real Estate license exam.

I am not sure about PA but I do know that some states require and LLC to be represented by an attorney in any court situation.I use LLCs because I believe that it is important to keep your business separate from your personal life and your businesses separate from each other.

This will save you ton of money, time and efforts if you are planning to add more properties in future.Not sure about Pennsylvania but it is allowed in most of the states so you want to check it out first.A series LLC is a unique form of LLC in which the articles of formation specifically allow for unlimited segregation of membership interests, assets, and operations into independent series.
