Hi Everyone! 

I am new to the real estate investment scene and I am looking forward to learning a lot from all of you here on BiggerPockets. I live in Delaware County, PA, commonly known as Delco, which is a suburb of Philadelphia. My goal is to learn how to use real estate investing to generate a residual income which might allow me to retire earlier than anticipated.
