The source we use for this is actually an Equipment Lease/loan scenario where we get the equipment and a large cash loan...kind of like a rebate, but the cash part is very large.

If you want to buy from banks, expect to be required to buy pools of notes.If you're trying to buying a soecific note on a particular property, about the only opportunity that I've seen is from private party note holders.

Every time there was a big show guys from DoubleTree would come and man the concessions/bar, and they would bring a freshly baked batch of DoubleTree cookies with them to sell as well, but I was allowed to have free ones.

Thanks for the input Jeremy'I have always liked LO as a valid strategy ,with a caveat,,,As long as all parties get what they want at the end of the road,,,,Having said that,as easy as the concept is,I am finding LO a tough little nut to crackMaking "the moon and the stars and the solar system" line up before I can put the deal together,,,Lots of moving parts to say the least,,,I dont need to be haunted by a pissed off seller or tenant,,in my station of life,,[Im no spring chicken,,,you wont see me in "The Cage" at a WWF bloodbath fist fight,,sorry guys,,not todayHonestly JeremyThanks for the good adviceDD
