Hi Jason,Might be swamp coolers on the roof, and it looks like 1 unit is using a window A/C.Might be a good thing to have an A/C tech look at that entire system along with some costs, unless window A/C is a competitive feature in that neighborhood.Make sure there is enough amperage at the residence for running a modern HVAC if that's what you choose to do.Good Luck!

I'd definitely recommend doing your research to make sure the one you choose addresses the key features you're looking to overcome - whether it's just rent collection, finding and managing tenants or helping you create reports, etc.

One ‘featured benefit' such companies promote is the ability to bring over/match the debt ratio such as a given mortgage on the relinquished property - not clearly understanding the full value of the debt in these situations.
