Under 12 months we have to use the lower of appraised value or purchase price/acquisition cost.Option 3 you can search for local banks and portfolio lenders who may have more make sense guidelines in the local area.Let me know of that helps or if you have additional questions.

Because you personally guaranteed the loan the LLC will not protect you from the lender coming after you due to a default or foreclosure.I do not think searching for a commercial loan for your residential property would be a good idea.

For some of the mailing addresses, when I look them up on Google maps, they are office buildings, some of which I'm able to determine are banks.In these situations, is the property in question a foreclosure or could there possibly be a different reason why the owner's mailing address is listed as a bank office?
