I have spoken to many lawyers in both Nevada and New York and have been told different things, seems as though nobody has a straight answer.

FYI,Publications in New York can be very pricey.

Now, this is for New York City.

Being that this is New York, I know the permitting can be a challenge - I have looked up the zoning and it is R6, so I don't anticipate there being any zoning issues.
