I just recently got interested in real estate investing and have been binge watching bp videos and podcasts on youtube every chance I get.

I have read several real estate investing books, listened to BP Podcasts, watched YouTube videos on real estate investing - but I am struggling to find deals!

There are a fair amount of how-to videos on youtube.

You should watch some videos on youtube around this which can explain it visually.

Luckily I'm fortunate enough with my time in Afghanistan that I have my VA loan to use to buy my first 4plex and go from there.I randomly discovered BP on YouTube a few months ago and didn't think much of it.

I'm going to do some more of that because while trying to get my investing off the ground I am working hard, not smart and I know with the right direction from the right people I can work hard and smart and get closer to my goals.My favorite learning materials have been Morris Invest youtube videos, as his strategy is exactly what I'm looking to achieve.

on a YouTube video I saw a commercial real estate agent who said that he regularly contacts lenders by either email or letters and the purpose is to try to get prospects such as buyers and sellers.
