If my tenants don't have a job and can't pay rent due to this situation and my job doesn't pay me to cover due to this situation, but the lenders and banks still hold me responsible to pay them, then I say that this is a literal break/schism from the cycle of money and on top of it, they own/collateral the assets so, we the people/investors get the shaft while the institutions get bailed out for this situation...someone please tell my thinking is wrong on this

It sounds like one of your wires is a traveler if they had voltage on a white (neutral wire). 2 way Switches should never break on a neutral. heres how you can kind of trace it out, put your multimeter on continuity.

The $40k break down as follows: $25k deferred salary (max as I'm over 50), added $8k as non-elective company contribution (profit sharing - 25% x $32k for S-corp)) equaling $33k of retirement funds in my 401k, leaving $7k ($40k-$25k-$8k=$7k).

As far as safety , bodies are piling up in NY right now and there's anger towards China creating new virus strains with wild animal markets for food and medicine (and I realize the far east encompasses a lot more than China, but angry broke people don't care)... so I would monitor the situation.
