Hope all is well with you...I have an opportunity to travel internationally for a week in early summer (we have just 1 rental in the US, and we will travel to Europe)Has anyone traveled overseas while hosting, and if so, did you have any trouble with VRBO, Airbnb, wifi door locks or other apps/property management software?

Due to the next global economic downturn getting closer; my main focus this year and next will be within international property bonds, wine, bridging deals.

I currently work with international buyers, and am looking to get involved with trustee sales here in Phoenix, both flips and holds.

Do think it was a bit busier year as no one could take a cruise and international travel was way down.
