Any way you cut it, that's over 50% vacancy.If the vacancy rate in the neighborhood is under 10%(or thereabouts,) then it would appear that the building is being run incorrectly.

If I were the investor, It would appear to be closer to a 90/10 or 85/15 to me, unless you at least were the guarantor of the note(s).
