@Dash Loving A great place to start is by joining and attending virtual meetings of AZREIA, Arizona Real Estate Investors Association.

Trust me, I've been involved in over a dozen projects where I was deeply involved in the communication with the GC and the Borrower. 

I proceeded on with the purchase and consistently ran into headaches, delays, and lack of communication.

Seems like there would be very little money in this.I'd want to keep the commission if/when I start doing virtual signings.

Any tips or advice on negotiating & communicating well in this industry?

My tenant has not paid rent since June 2020 and has avoided all attempts at communication, even though I've offered to work out a payment plan or partial rent deferral from the beginning of the pandemic.
