On a side bar.. one of my texas guys that I fund we were bidding on a house.. we lost .. not 60 minutes later he gets an e mail form a local wholesaler who is now wholesaling ( really just selling without a licenses LOL) and their is the house we just lost on his wholesale list for 30k more than our bid .. and we just got out bid.. and they want to sell it to us.So I will watch it.. when it does not close we will just come back in and buy it. this is crazy how dumb can some wholesalers think people are just remarketing MLS listed props.. this is totally in my mind un cool to the profession...
