If you chose to add an Umbrella make sure that the six unit is included if you go with a personal Umbrella policy (most companies will only do up to 4 families). 

He is looking for small single family homes.Any help would be great.

I would do those numbers on a multi-family unit to limit the effects of vacancies.

I know you can use private lenders like family and friends, but when it comes to getting loans from hard money lenders or banks, is it possible?
