I am considering a wholesale deal on a triplex.

I will also say that deals like you are showing are easy to find.  

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

They had a lot of contacts on the property on zillow, so I am assuming the PM was just not following up quickly and loosing applicant, but it is making me nervous about the deal.

I wholesale deals, invest in deals and own rentals.

You're still keeping work/personal separate, but not dealing with any issues put in place by those services blocking VoIP and such technologies.

You can do a few deals like this and also get some money from the deals too.

At the end of the day, trust comes from doing your due diligence—whether it’s with partners, lenders, or even the deals themselves.
