Biggest fear would be the neighbors, if too many people don't pay their dues the HOA can't perform it's duties and that can be pretty ugly for the complex and values.

To him the house is a mess inside.Another area I was driving around, I stopped and talked to a neighbor that talked about the following houseshouse #1,  the man just died and she (I assume his wife) was putting it up for sale in Sept.house #2, just foreclosedhouse #3, had had a fire and the owner had been fighting with the bank for 2 years, but Zillow it says it is off the market, but no dateall 4 houses great areas.

As we were walking around, a neighbor came by to tell us all about the house... the owner had died and the house had gone into foreclosure.
