Capex and repairs are a little light at $120 per month.

How come $1200 difference, which brings the final bill to half the originally quoted price doesn't make the light bulb go off in one's head..

Thanks @Greg Scott,I figured that was the case RE inspectors calling out minuscule things (down to a light bulb out).  

It should not be taken lightly.

I'd leave all the cabinet doors open, shut off pilot lights (assuming it's not winter and i need heat), then I'd set off insect bombs as i walked out the door.
