You might want to try a different lender.Maybe because I haven't personally done it for my personal investments, but from what I have seen with other clients, I don't really get the allure of the FHA other than if you have poor credit and/or really need that extra 1.5% down difference to get to 3.5% instead of 5%.Good luck.

For example, if the seller has a deal with good infrastructure, density and location but has it priced too low due to poor knowledge of the market, then you have a high reward/low risk situation.
