I would point out that is uses prior years millage rates which are usually the same as current year.  

All have either had a previous eviction, or a prior felony.

I got a "prior military" discount and it was a sizable discount. (10 or 20 percent. dont remember exactly)The class was professionally facilitated and worthwhile.

Hi Tierra,I'd suggest talking with your lender regarding your plan to move out prior to a year of occupancy.

Have them sit in on the interviews and get a checklist of what to ask, how to vet tenants by calling prior landlords and verifying work history, etc.  

Especially getting everything in writing and speaking with other financial professionals prior to even purchasing our first home.
