I'm new to REI and I'm seeking knowledge and guidance to get started.

I just need some good guidance.  

I am interested in this too and would love specific books, conference/boot camp guidance so I'm not told to "practice messing up" on a smaller deal?

Since it would be my first investment property, I'm nervous to look too far out but maybe with guidance, I could explore other areas.

However, im a couple years away from getting my professional engineering license.Im wondering how VALUABLE or USEFUL this credential will be for someone who is looking to buy some small buildings and get into development of residential rental properties.

There shouldn’t be any further repairs/upgrades needed….New roof 2014, new HVAC 2014, new hot water heater 2013, new appliances 2014, new doors 2016, new bathroom 2016, septic tank line replaced and tank pumped 2016.Just looking for guidance on whether I should hold or sell….Thanks in advance!
