Trump said foreclosures and eviction get delayed till May..I want to know what's going on in Columbus OH if they are supporting tenants who lose their jobs

The outcomes of all of this on prices 4-6 months from now are completely unknown and could be devastating, I could envision not only not making our projected profit but losing a ton.

Aside from the current mandated “non-essential” business closures, the reality is people lose their jobs or become disabled and through no fault of their own become unable to pay rent.

Hey Mark,I tried to increase my amount after I was approved (got wrong advise and put loses for 1 month instead of 6 months), I waited for them to respond to my desire to increase call reps, sent messages and no response from them, finally a rep told me if I didn't take what I was offered I will lose it so I had to take it.

They don't want to lose their momentum before the summer! 

and of course what your seeing is those that used private folks to lend those are the first to stop.. then the brokers who broker private folks money will start to lose investors. the big funds are set up so will be interesting to see how they move forward..

There are A LOT OF TRAPS along the way that can/will make the deal fall through (and cause you to lose your earnest money).

Maybe it's just jammed and needs to be turned with the little hex wrench that comes with them but everyone loses.

I think we may be looking at 2 months of stay at home also.With so many businesses closing up, I wonder what percentage of them will simply not be able to reopen when this thing blows over, leaving more people out of work than there are jobs available.In that type of scenario people who lose their living situation, tend to bunch up with friends and relives who still have a place to live.
