Hello Everyone,I am wishing to connect and network with multi-family investors in the Metro Detroit area of Michigan, as I am a brand-new investor and looking to have some specific questions answered as they arise, if I could please.

I'm quite literally brand new and haven't heard of that strategy yet. 

Brand new to real estate and this may be a dumb question but when looking at properties obviously the asking price isn’t going to be the best deal for you so in analyzing the deal are you basically crunching down the numbers to figure out which offer will make the most sense to you to produce positive cash flow, And should that number you decide on be the maximum offer you would be willing the pay for the property?

The multifamily I am looking to purchase would be a total remodel new kitchens, new bathrooms, new floors, fresh paint inside and out, reroof, new ac, brand new landscaping, new fence, and maybe new windows. 2921 Bentley St, Sarasota, Fl 34239 sold for $450,000 ($283 a sqft).

If it truly is brand new construction for $150,000 and could rent for $1000 a month, I would want to know a couple of additional pieces of information: estimated annual taxes and estimated annual insurance expenses.
