I am estimating perhaps I can get everything put back together Monday the best scenerio and Thursday the worst scenerio.Everything else works, bathrooms, washing machines no issues. 

I hate silence especially in the car so I would always be listening to music.

Find a neighbor who will park their car in the driveway at night for a few bucks per week to help with vandalism.Regular insurance allows for 60 days vacancy in my experience.
