Rentometer is a great resource to get a rough estimate on rents.

Don't forget Lubbock is still a small town at heart and RE thrives off of human relationships.

You use BP as a big resource to network with investors who are using said companies in your target market.

I would not jump to the conclusion that simply because a 25-year old report found elevated vapors means the property today poses a risk to human health and should not be purchased.
