Larger commercial has been easier for me than juggling multiple house loans.

If you want to use a leasing broker the spaces are smaller, upper level, and probably mom and pop type tenants pay low money per sq ft so a larger leasing firm likely won't want to work on it as not a good enough return for their time.

Larger multifamily projects are required to be built with non-combustible construction.  

@John Teachout  - I do not have to partner ideally, however the idea came up as the potential to purchase larger projects would be possible by partnering.

You could work in the industry in a wide variety of positions and learn from some big dogs.

Most of my income comes from fully occupied fourplexes, but I also have clients that like single family and some that like slightly larger (but still pretty small) multifamily.
