I did think that it should’ve appraised for $20k more but we had just had a tornado come through the area that effected a nearby neighborhood.

I'm willing to travel to Tampa or near by area if necessary to learn/help if needed for as little as a few days to potentially a few weeks.

I understand that nearby homes are selling for $140K.
