Created proforma budgets and timelines for go/no-go decision. Assisted lease negotiations with tenants, tracked and managed budget and timeline through entitlement. Currently tracking budget and progress of construction with full reporting and draw requests to lender. This is a retail project with demo of an office building, build a new single-use international bank branch, a new international brand coffee retailer, a new national branded wine and spirits retailer, and additional retail space.
