BP is not only great for networking with other investors, it's also a good online learning center as well.

BP offers free online videos and courses for you to watch and learn from and also has it's own podcast in itunes.

Cleaners are paid by the guests, cleaning schedules can now be managed easily online, stock ordered by cleaners and delivered through Amazon to the property, and inquiries responded to, all through a little system I built.

@Ryan Herald  my statements are general in nature... just computing10% down equals 300k  which means  3million buy / 85 = 35k per houseand in the lending world those are viewed as low value assets.. not a negative connotation just what they are deemed in the lending world.I suspect you will be able to put this together I bet you get people private messaging you already offering to help you/good luck and glad we did not break the BP rules of engagement  :)  Ok I got to go make some money so I can afford to be an investor

Compare the prices on the two different policies and I bet you as the owner of the facility will decide to offer a safe place for the tenants to BBQ away from the buildings?

A loan option with a co-signer is my best bet for investing in property as soon as possible.

@Joshua DeesWere general contractors we contract out most of the the work, some stuff like painting and light fixtures etc. we do ourselves.I got my license online through Kaplan University, but there are alot of real estate schools in the metroplex, champions school of real estate is the one i hear about the most

You can learn to do your own searches, all the info is online.......clerk of court for liens, Mtgs, etc.
