What are some of the benefits of going with off web platform opportunities in general?

There is a lot of money chasing deals, and quite frankly a lot of people are overpaying or are willing to accept a lower return and/or greater risk than you.I would suggest devoting some time and money into direct mail, a quality website, PPC and SEO.  

Note that it does not (yet) have a mobile app, so only mobile web or desktop web options.

It’s also web based.

I'm looking for free if possible web scraping or data mining software.

If they do not comply, I would either change companies or try a software with web flyers to find applicants and do your own screening.
