Can you legally lease to illegal immigrants?

i am in Tx. my boss rented an 1 bedroom effeceincy apt for me , he put the lease in his name and showed me as tenant. he has been taking money from my wages to pay the rent. last week he decided he would move another guy in with me verses paying rent for him elsewhere.

How do I go about getting the funds to bring the mortgage current so I can continue making payments to the bank via lease option to tenant-buyer? 

I don't think an unsigned lease will help you that much.

I can factor a fixed cost into the lease or I can pay it outright but I can't split it each month. 

It’s legitimate but now you’re in a business where the operator might choose to lease a BMW through the business and you would prefer (for obvious reasons) that they lease a Prius.

Items that you can potentially use Bonus on: 5 year property that qualifies- Blinds, appliances, carpet.
