Hi, I am looking to purchase an office in an office condominium.

Two sections in particular (Sec. 138312 and 138314), if enacted into legislation, will have significant and, for some, devastating impact on their IRA accounts.Sec. 138312 prohibits an IRA from investing in a private offering that requires accreditation.Sec. 138314 prohibits an IRA from investing in an entity in which the account holder is an officer. 

I haven’t seen many posts geared towards the state of workers right now so wanted to get everyone’s thoughts on the quality/availability of construction Workers right now.

I know from the register of deed office that it got a mortgage loan adjustment in July of 2019 for 290k. 

We are both social workers so our W-2 income isn’t great but adding hers to the mix would double what mine is.

I'm sure there is an office in close proximity to your property.
